Most users currently on Blackberry OS6 seem to have experienced a rather unpleasent battle with failed downloads through the integrated Blackberry browser. After much deliberation on the matter a solution has surfaced to end this restriction embedded within the operating system;
simply goto your blackberry menu --> Options --> Device --> Advanced System Settings --> Service Books - and then delete the service book, "Blackberry Internet Browsing Service 2".
* Please note, if you delete the service book you can reinstate it so no need to worry. ;)
